Portrait painting every Monday night in Baltimore, MD. All artists are welcome at any skill level.

What is the
100 Heads SOCIETY?

From humble beginnings in Lauren's basement, friends came to pose as models in a casual practice setting. The society received a grant to move into a studio space and is open to the public.

Artists are able to make art from a live, volunteer model every Monday from 6-9pm at Parkdale studios. The cost is $10 in advance or at the door if tickets don't sell out, but we do not want money to prohibit any artist from coming. Please talk to an organizer if you have considerations!

*Online participants are limited to 1 portrait a week & must purchase a certification for each portrait on our shop to be considered for the ring.

If you've been wondering where our new studio is check this out! It's right behind our old studio! The address is 2175 druid Park drive, but beware many map apps get the directions wrong. Go via the route on this post! Park in the lot across from the studio and ignore the reserved parking signs!

Join us tonight at the new location! There are two ways to enter:

You pass the blue doors on your left, continue down the alley into the new parking lot.

You can also drive around the other way taking parkdale Ave to Druid Park Drive and turning down the small road there.

The time has finally come! We are in the new studio space! Our new studio is located right behind the Parkdale building. We have been using for almost three years.

Join us Monday March 2 for the first portrait night in the new space.

We will put out a new graphic showing everyone exactly how to get there and we will make sure it’s easy to find us with some balloons for our first portrait night in our new studio! Don’t miss it!

Our first portrait night of the year is sold out! But no worries you can still join us virtually on our Livestream tonight from 6-9pm. The link is in our bio! Thanks so much for the support! Portrait night for tonight, Dec. 8th is sold out and we won't be taking walk-ins. But don't fret if you still want to practice portraiture tonight as our live stream will be back for tonight's session so whether you're with us in our studio or joining from home you can experience the joy of 100 Heads!

Three Wednesdays in December, join us for a new figure model each week with three 1-hour poses!

The 100 Heads Society will be in the Mayor's Christmas Parade again this year! The parade is on Sunday, Dec 14th! Want to join us? RSVP on our website! We'll have a brunch tailgate beforehand and a small after party for participants!

Portrait night for tonight, Nov. 10th is sold out! If you haven't purchased a ticket for today we unfortunately won't be accepting any walk-ins. If you missed out make sure to grab your ticket for next week if you can make it!

Attention all portrait night attendees! You have continued to surprise us with your dedication to the art of the portrait and as such have been consistently showing up to our weekly portrait nights!
However, as you know our space is limited and we want to make sure everyone has enough room in our studio.
So starting on Oct. 27th we will be requiring advanced tickets to attend Monday Portrait Night. We will be limiting the number of attendees for Portrait Night to 20 artists. If we do not sell out ahead of time walk-ins will be admitted up to our cap of 20 artists. Tickets are available to purchase through our website now, which you can find through the link in our bio.
